A little bit about me
Originally from China, Yao Chen is a costume designer and Illustrator with international design credits. Her designs can be seen in the United States, China and Central America. She has been has been active collaborator with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Berkshire Theatre Group, Trinity Repertory Company, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Merrimack Repertory Theatre, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, First Stage, TheatreSquared, Lyric Company of Boston, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Geva Theatre Center, Contemporary American Theatre Festival, Orlando Family Stage, Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, International Institute such as Seven Ages, Ltd, Beijing China; Gu Dao Yue Zhong Theatre Studio, Beijing, China; Beijing Normal University; Expresso Theatre, San Jose, Costa Rica; Cayman Cultural Foundation, Cayman Island.
